Perfectly!

Feels so comfy. Staff so friendly and they are so adorable as well ! Thank you for always taking care my family and we are so happy with location. We will be come back as soon as possible.

Have some dust on the wall . Because we had a kid and when she played on the bed her hands touched on the wall and it's so dirty. Even when the hotel housekeeper always clean our room when we go outside. Hope you can improve them as soon.

Exceptional

Immaculate location and had all the basics you could need. The stand out of this property was definitely the staff. Mai helped us every step of the way, from organising transport from the airport, to ensuring our room was up to standard, through to organising tours to Sapa, Ninh Binh and Ha Long Bay which was easily the highlight of our 3 week Vietnam trip. Thank you so much to chi Mai and team for the most memorable experience, we will be back for sure and would definitely recommend to our family and friends.

Great value for money

Staff were very friendly, even upgraded us to a room with a balcony due to length of stay (4nights). Room was a good size. Bathroom was clean and good size also. Location is absolutely fantastic. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

Great hotel, great staff, great location, very good value for money!

Great hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodating. We finished the Ha giang loop and our bus didnt get back to Hanoi untill 3am and the staff waited for us to come to let us in to our room.

Awesome

We had a room with a balcony on our first stay, and we loved that room. We knew we were coming back after our cruise, and HAN gladly arranged for us to have the same room on our return. The room was clean, though a bit short on the width, and towels changed every day. The hotel is in Old Quarter and easily accessible to all attractions.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff and great location in old quarter

The location was great, the staff at the reception very really sweet, kind and very helpful !! The manager came to meet us personally and helped us with our requirements. The Wi-Fi is very good and it felt so much like home, we stayed there for 13 days. I was upgraded to a family room throughout, it had a balcony too. Simple, comfortable stay with everything you need, in a great location. Had a comfortable stay no doubt, will visit again !!
