Very good
The girl on reception when we arrived was fantastic. Her name was, 'Me'. Maybe not the correct spelling, but that's how it sounded. Couldn't have been more accommodating during our stay. A real asset to the hotel. The location was very good. In the old quarter. Close to the lake and beer street. Many places to eat.
Not really a problem, but the hot water could have been a bit hotter.

Great stay. Amazing location
Great shower, bed was amazing, good mini bar! They can’t help it due to building size but room was a bit thin. Lovely staff also.

I think it would be hard to find a hotel in this location that enables you to be part of the street life as much as this
The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was awesome with a window to the street that enabled us to view the street life going by.
It was hard to get past the beds without bashing your shins.
